Terms

• $125/month, auto-charged to the card on file
• Minimum 6-month commitment
• Facials must be used within the billing month (no rollovers)
• Non-transferable and non-refundable
• Oxygen facials not included in monthly facial, but available at 10% off
• Failed payments will pause membership benefits

Early Cancellation

Cancelling before 6 months incurs a $125 cancellation fee.
